2015 Hermitage Blanc

Pale gold. Ripe and expansive on the nose, displaying mineral-inflected lemon curd and poached pear scents and hints of anise, peach pit and sweet butter. Chewy and dry on the palate, offering concentrated orchard and pit fruit flavors and a touch of nougat. Picks up a suave floral note with air and finishes very long and sappy, featuring a lingering mineral note and repeating pit fruit character.
