Tasting notes
Forward, open, medium bodied, soft, fruity and with sweet red fruits and a touch of earth in the finish. This is charming for an easy to drink wine today.

The 2014 Tour du Haut-Moulin has a delightful, perfumed and mineral-scented bouquet with touches of potpourri infusing the black cherry and cassis fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, impressive depth and freshness, a welcomed saline element washing ashore on the finish. This will need a couple of years to mellow -- but great potential. Tasted September 2016.
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot. Fruit cake and baked blackcurrants. Sleek and balanced on the palate, with soft tannin and light body. Easygoing, enjoyable. (RH)
