Tasting notes
The 2019 Grand Corbin Manuel is well-defined, fresh and slightly minty on the nose, which features plenty of dark berry fruit mixed with gravel and light cedar aromas. The palate is medium-bodied, fresh and balanced, with fine tannins, gentle grip and judicious touches of white pepper furnishing the finish. Very fine.

What should be an outstanding wine, the 2019 Château Grand Corbin Manuel offers up a medium to full-bodied, textured, balanced style with solid purity and freshness in its dark berry fruits as well as notes of graphite, cedarwood, and spice. Give it a few years and enjoy over the following decade or more.
The 2019 Grand Corbin Manuel, the 7-hectare property close to Pomerol, has a nicely detailed blackberry, raspberry and iris scented bouquet that unfurls in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy black fruit and finely judged acidity. There is a touch of piquancy towards the marine-influenced finish that lends tension to this classically-styled Saint-Émilion that is really quite excellent. Chapeau .
