Score 90-92/100 · Jeb Dunnuck, Apr 2018

The top wine of the estate, made from 100% Merlot brought up in new barrels, the 2017 Château La Connivence is an inky-colored Pomerol that has a rounded, seamless, elegant style as well as terrific notes of crème de cassis, violets, spice, and white flowers. It's a balanced, beautiful 2017 to drink over the coming 7-8 years.
