Score 92/100 · Drink 2023-2045, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Aug 2021

The 2019 Auxey-Duresses 1er Cru Les Bretterins opens in the glass with notes of cassis, plums, sweet berries, orange rind and spices. Medium to full-bodied, deep and concentrated, with lively acids and an enveloping core of fruit, it's unusually charming and gourmand, concluding with a long, perfumed finish.
