Tasting notes
What a brilliant interplay of summer fruit and herbal freshness with delicate grape sweetness! A real live-wire and seriously concentrated, all the threads winding into a very tight and pure finish that is dazzlingly refreshing. Drink or hold.

A subtle fruity fragrance not only features regional peach and pear, but also some more exotic nuances of orange and even pineapple. On the palate the Bruderberg reveals itself as the livelier kind of Spätlese with the zesty spritz of orange peel, but also quite a tropical leaning with elements of pineapple and passion fruit. Some Spätlesen may fizzle out after just flashing a bit of sweet temptation, but the Bruderberg Spätlese, like more or less all Maximin Grünhaus wines, keeps going with what seems a mixture of phenolic and mineral grip on the finish.
