Tasting notes
Celebrating Suntory’s centenary, there’s a beautiful freshness to this, with many layers of underlying complexity, starting with yellow plum, pear, and cherry, over a foundation of sandalwood, gentle oak, nutmeg, and white pepper. It’s densely flavored, with manuka honey, dried tropical fruit, incense, and sandalwood, sweetening slightly with caramelized brown sugar, caramel, cinnamon, and chocolate, with hints of clove on the back palate becoming more prominent on the finish Truly nothing else like it.
