Tasting notes
The 2016 Clémentin de Pape Clément Blanc is a gorgeous second wine from Pape Clément. Orchard fruit, mint and flowers all grace this soft, open-knit white. In 2016, the Clémentin Blanc speaks in a hushed, reserved voice. I would prefer to drink it over the next few years.

The 2016 Clémentin de Pape Clement Blanc reveals suggestions of fresh hay, dried persimmons, pineapple and wild thyme plus a waft of oyster shell. Medium-bodied, crisp and clean, with compelling saline notions, it finishes long and mineral laced.
Plump and round in the mouth, the 2016 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is a blend of 35% Grenache Blanc, 35% Roussanne, 15% Bourboulenc and 15% Clairette. It shows a lot of broad fruit flavors, ranging from orange sherbet to pear and guava, ending soft and easy. Drink it young.
