Score 85-87/100 · Drink 2014-2018, Robert Parker, Aug 2014
Not surprisingly, proprietress Juliette Becot has turned in a solid performance in 2013. Its dark ruby color is followed by lots of black cherry and currant fruit, medium body, and more texture and length than most of its peers. Enjoy it over the next 3-4 years.

The 2013 Joanin Bécot is plump, juicy and nicely layered in the glass. Scorched earth, tobacco and smoke flesh out in a supple wine that will drink well right out of the gate. Tasted twice.
