Tasting notes
Bright pale crimson. Just a hint of mousiness on the nose (though admittedly I am extremely sensitive to this). Rather hard and bitter on the end. More fruit please! (JR)

The 2021 Bourgogne Roncevie has a bit of reduction on the nose with light incense aromas percolating through with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with quite sappy tannins, well balanced, hints of orange zest and tangerine that impart subtle citrus notes on the finish. Delightful.
From a large parcel in Gevrey-Chambertin that used to be entitled to the communal appellation, Arlaud's 2021 Bourgogne Roncevie offers up aromas of sweet plums, spices and loamy soil, followed by a medium-bodied, supple palate framed by melting tannins and concluding with a saline finish.
