Tasting notes
Pale ruby. Strongly sweet, salty and leathery. No question about what the variety is here! Very fully mature. (JR)

Full bottle 1,295 g. Transparent ruby red with a pale rim. Lightly animal nose with lots of development and savour. Delicate and definitely ready to drink but with lots of pleasure. (JR)
Pale rust red. Very light and dry. On its last legs. Very dry end. Quite delicate. The fruit is fading. But it stood up well overnight and if anything smelt cleaner and fresher after 24 hours in an opened bottle. (JR)
Pale ruby veering towards tawny with a pale rim and masses of sediment. Light and racy with some steely charm and still a suggestion of tannins! Some depth of flavour. Very clean and brisk – a palate scrub. Impressively long lasting but absolutely no point in keeping it any longer. (JR)
