Tasting notes
Limpid, green-tinged yellow. Mineral- and spice-tinged citrus and orchard fruit scents are complemented by deeper melon and peach flourishes. Vibrant and precise on the palate, offering sappy Meyer lemon, pear, quinine and honeysuckle flavors and a touch of bitter peach pit. Closes very long and nervy, with a resonating mineral note and lingering citrus fruit character.

A subtle yet concentrated nose, defined by lemon curd, white pepper, nutmeg, oyster shell and Granny Smith apples. Medium-to full-bodied and so driven by the acidity that lines every corner of this beauty. Itâs also what gives structure to this wine, drawing all the pithy lemon flavors in and triangulating the attack. The finish is long and remarkable. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
