The 2021 Guigne-Chevres is an attractive, charming Sancerre that is so easy to like. It has a delightful tenderness remaining light on its feet. Very floral - it's all elderflowers. Lacy in its texture, almost like a pianist playing a trill very quietly. This is an appealing, quiet and delicate wine. An absolute delight.
