2017 Alto Adige Pinot Grigio DOC "Vigna Castel Ringberg"

This is an easy-drinking white that adds a dash of class and sophistication for those who want just a little mystery and pizzazz in their everyday summer sipper. The 2017 Alto Adige Pinot Grigio Castel Ringberg offers ripe citrus aromas that are softened by more prominent tones of pear and Golden Delicious apple. Some 15% of the wine is barrel fermented and undergoes malolactic fermentation. The final blend is made in spring following the harvest, so this wine has had plenty of time to settle and find balance. Some 30,000 bottles were produced.
