2018 Chablis

Laroche aspires to use less sulfur dioxide in their winemaking, so they produced 1,500 bottles of the 2018 Chablis Cuvée 0, a cuvée that's harvested by hand and bottled after cross-flow filtration without any addition of sulfites. It bursts with expressive aromas of peach, oyster shell and white flowers, followed by a medium to full-bodied, layered and charming palate.
