Score 90/100 · Drink 2022-2029, Mark Squires, Jul 2022

The 2021 Encruzado Reserva was aged for seven months in a roughly equal blend of second-use French oak, cement tulips and stainless steel. Very dry, it comes in at 13.4% alcohol. Showing beautiful fruit, this has good structure too, as well as caressing texture and a tasty finish. It has the ability to age several years without problem, but you can enjoy this right now too. There were 50,000 bottles produced.
