Score 92/100 · Drink 2027-2047, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Jan 2023
Revisited in bottle, the 2020 Vosne-Romanée La Colombière is performing well, unfurling in the glass with aromas of cherries and sweet dark berries complemented by hints of peony and spice. Medium to full-bodied, vibrant and concentrated, with beautifully refined tannins and lively acids, it has a bright future ahead of it.

The 2020 Vosne-Romanée La Colombière comes from 70-year old vines. Matured with 25% new oak, this is a little tighter on the nose than the Village Cru with slightly darker fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with pliant tannins, a little more piquancy than the Village with impressive length.
