Score 89-91/100 · Jeb Dunnuck, Dec 2022
I loved the nose on the 2021 Saint Joseph, a spicy, complex, nuanced, and medium-bodied effort that does well in the vintage. Blackberries, peppery herbs, leather, and dried violets all define the bouquet, and it's nicely textured and already approachable. I suspect it's best drunk in its first 4-6 years, but it will unquestionably offer pleasure.
