Tasting notes
Coming from three separate parcels in the vineyard, Pucelles is the most tensile, complex and linear of the Premiers Crus made at the domaine. The nose is aromatically complex with riper nectarine, juicy pear and white melon mingling with richer French toast. The texture is what really impresses, with silken fruit and a spicy grip to the palate that balances the citrus bite. The thrilling acidity leaves your mouth watering on a long, almost bitter, citrus pith finish.
