Score 89/100 · David Schildknecht, Wine Advocate, Feb 2006

The 2004 Winninger Rottgen Riesling was fashioned for the United States, to be a modestly priced wine with residual sugar. Notes of grapefruit, lime, nectarine, and banana capture the nose. Luscious lime and nectarine fruit inform a suggestively creamy, juicy, generously mouthfilling, subtly sweet and entirely satisfying Mosel Riesling that offers excellent value.
