Wafting from the glass with scents of raspberries, plums, wild berries and sweet soil tones, the 2019 Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vignes (négoce) is medium to full-bodied, with lively acids and powdery structuring tannins underpinning its succulent core of fruit. It's a promising cuvée.

The 2019 Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vignes come from purchased fruit from two lieux-dits. It has an attractive bouquet with mulberry and dark plummy fruit laced with violet. The palate is medium-bodied with chalky tannins on the entry, crisp acidity with an edgy, citrus-fresh finish. Fine.
