Score 85-87/100 · Drink 2014-2021, Robert Parker, Aug 2014

A dark ruby/purple-colored, modern-styled St.-Emilion from proprietors Sonia and Remi Delmasso, this 2013 reveals good fruit, some new oak, soft tannins, decent but unobtrusive acidity and a medium-bodied finish. Drink it over the next 5-7 years.

Bucket loads of black fruit and a smoky reductive hint that is entirely en vogue for Burgundy but most unusual for Bordeaux. I like it! It lends a fresh, sparky complexity. (RH)
