Stand back as the bullet train arrives! This is “only” a Kabinett and has – typically for the category – a judicious amount of unfermented sweetness, but this is a radical wine with enormous, racy energy and slate freshness. Blackberry and apple, but also a whole herb garden of aromas. Drink or hold.

The Bruderberg Kabinett pleases the nose with gentle aromas of green fruit, lemon icing and a faint floral notion. On the palate it is truly refreshing, animating the taste buds with crisp green fruit, sweet lemon and grapefruit, lively acidity and a well-contained measure of residual sugar. Kabinett with a grip.  (MS)
