Score 92/100 · Drink 2021-2035, Stephan Reinhardt, Wine Advocate, Dec 2021

The 2019 Spätburgunder Bürgstadter is coolish, precise and fine on the fresh and spicy nose, and it's a beautiful representative of the Centgrafenberg terroir. The fruit is intense and red rather than dark and most of all perfectly ripe. Silky, refined and very elegant on the palate, this is a charming, finessed, fresh and stimulating Pinot with an intense and very seductive finish with very fine Pinot aromas, silky tannins and salivating acidity. A fabulous village wine with remarkable finesse, salt and tension. 13% alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted in October 2021.
