Tasting notes
The 2021 Domaine De Cambes is up-front and charming, with beautiful framboise and mulled strawberry fruits as well as some creamy, spicy nuances. This medium-bodied, elegant 2021 has good ripeness, moderate density and depth, and loads of up-front charm and character.

The 2021 Domaine des Cambes could still be easily mistaken for a Burgundy on the nose, where it shows finely delineated notes of pure with vibrant red fruit mixed with sous-bois and lavender. The palate is medium-bodied with fleshy red fruit. Slightly powdery in texture, it feels nicely structured, with just a touch of graphite on the finish. Fine.
The 2021 Domaine des Cambes is packed with macerated dark cherry, spice, kirsch, menthol, tobacco, incense and dried rose petal. Exotic to the core, the 2021 packs quite the punch. There is an element of wildness here that is beguiling, a few rough edges and angular contours notwithstanding.
The 2021 Domaine de Cambes is lovely, bursting from the glass with aromas of dark berries and cherries mingled with rich spices, licorice and incense. Medium to full-bodied, rich and layered, with powdery tannins and a suave, charming profile, it will offer a broad drinking window.
