Opening in the glass with aromas of white flowers, fresh peach, green apple and blanched almond, the 2018 Meursault Bois de Blagny Vieilles Vignes is medium to full-bodied, open and expressive, with a racy spine of acidity and a delicately chalky finish.

A ripe and buttery nectarine nose, some good freshness also. The palate is quite rich and ripe with layered fruit. Could do with a touch more freshness to really lift it. (AC)
