Score 86-88/100 · William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Jan 2022

Still maturing in barrel, the 2020 Bourgogne Grand Chaliot reveals aromas of cherries, cassis, loamy soil and new oak, followed by a medium to full-bodied, rich and lively palate framed by succulent acids and youthfully chewy tannins.

Score 86-88/100 · Drink 2022-2027, Neal Martin, Dec 2021

The 2020 Bourgogne Grand Chaliot, comes from vines located in Nuits Saint-Georges, contains 25% whole bunch, 10% new oak and will be bottled in January. It has a slight confit-like bouquet with touches of fig infusing the red fruit. The palate has a pleasant plumpness with a gentle grip on the finish. This will drink well for 4-5 years. Delicious.
