2019 Meursault

The 2019 Meursault Villages comes from 12 separate parcels on both the flat and sloped parts of the appellation. The fragrant bouquet features lime, citrus peel and light orange blossom scents. The palate is well balanced with crisp orange zest and mandarin notes, moderate depth and a slightly waxy texture toward the finish. Again, it just lacks a little persistence on the aftertaste, but there is plenty of freshness and what you might call "guts."
