Tasting notes
The 2019 Bourgogne Pinot Fin is showing brilliantly in bottle, soaring from the glass with scents of rose petals, sweet berries, Indian spices, orange rind and violets. It's medium to full-bodied, succulent and perfumed, with an ample core of fruit and powdery structuring tannins. In provenance, it's a blend of four communes: one-quarter from Prémeaux, one quarter from holdings that straddle Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges; and the balance from Chambolle-Musigny.

The 2019 Bourgogne Pinot Fin, half from Chambolle-Musigny and half from Bourgogne vineyard in Vosne-Romanée, matured in used barrels, has a very well-defined bouquet with brambly red fruit with light loamy aromas. The palate is medium-bodied, light tannins, a little leafy around the edges with a touch of spice towards the finish.
