A vineyard heavily infected by viruses, reducing yield and resulting in the medium-term catch-22 of non-viable yield with superb quality and concentration. Tank sample. Every step is a step up here. Pucelles is immensely concentrated, the richest so far but absolutely contained by a lashing of precise, linear acidity.
