Tasting notes
The fruit for Hudelot- Nollats Bourgogne Rouge comes from 18 parcels around Chambolle-Musigny. The result punches well above its weight with bright, lifted aromatics and crunchy fruit. Its full of raspberry and redcurrant fruit, with powder-like tannins and a floral elegance. Long finish.

The 2020 Bourgogne Rouge has a fresh blueberry and wild strawberry-scented bouquet with light floral notes. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, fine acidity, taut and fresh though it just lacks little depth on the finish. Still, it is fresh and breezy.
Rich deep purple, with a very perfumed, ultra raspberry bouquet very attractive but quite extreme. On the palate the flavours are perhaps a little bit too rich, Christmas cake character, hyper concentrated for Burgundy.
