Tasting notes
The 2020 Chambolle-Musigny la Combe d'Orveaux takes a little time to open on the nose, eventually revealing quite brambly red fruit, cranberry and raspberry, a touch of desiccated orange peel. The palate is medium-bodied with a fleshy opening that disguises the backbone of this Chambolle, exerting a gentle grip on the saline finish. Very fine.

From one of the coolest sites of the domaine. A particular favourite of local badgers and deer. Tank sample. Lighter red-cherry hue, soft sweet red fruits and light tannins. (MH)
