The 2020 Meursault Les Caillerets 1er Cru, which comes from exposed southerly-facing vines, has a perfumed peony and dandelion-scented bouquet, Mirabelle and jasmine notes that emerge with time. The palate has plenty of "bite" on the entry, quite saline in the mouth; however, the Les Chevaliers has a soupçon more finesse towards the finish. Still, very very delicious.
