Offering up aromas of cherries, raspberries and raw cocoa, the 2018 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Rouge is medium to full-bodied and fleshy but muscular, built around fine, chalky tannins and tangy acids.

The 2018 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Rouge has a ripe black cherry and cassis bouquet that is intense but manages to retain just enough freshness. The palate is medium-bodied with red cherry and strawberry mixed with a touch of gingerbread and pain d’épices , leading to a fleshy, easygoing finish. Fine.
