Score 89/100 · Drink 2021-2022, Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate, Jan 2022
Starting in 2015, Gérard began blending his third of a hectare from Marmouzin with an even smaller parcel in Corbery to create this cuvée. The 2019 Condrieu L'Arbuel is tight and somewhat restrained on the nose, with just hints of lime, lychee and peppery spice. While plump and medium to full-bodied on the palate, it's more barely ripe melon and mineral in tone than lush or fruity, finishing a bit quickly. Drink it young.
