NV Gaspard Brochet Pie Tome 1

Produced from Chardonnay growing at mid-slope in Eceuil, in humid black-clay soils that Brochet chooses not to cultivate, the NV Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Pie Tome II derives from the 2019 vintage. Wafting from the glass with notes of pear, green apple, dried white flowers, freshly baked bread and vanilla pod, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny, with a vinous core of fruit, tangy acids and a long, saline finish.
