Medium to full-bodied, bright and textural, with racy acids and a long, saline finish, it's quite open out of the gates.

The 2019 Chassagne-Montrachet La Concis de Champs has a taut, almost Puligny-like bouquet with a touch of sea spray. The palate is harmonious on the entry and slightly waxy in texture. Plenty of dry extract lends fine persistence, and lime and green apple mingle with spice on the also Puligny-like finish. Excellent. Closure: Diam
The 2019 Chassagne-Montrachet La Concis de Champs offers scents of gunflint and wilted white flowers on the nose. The palate is well balanced with a taut, lightly spiced entry. Peach skin and Braeburn apples furnish the finish with a subtle flinty aftertaste erring this towards Puligny. Very fine.
