Octomore 11.1 is a heavily peated single malt from the Bruichladdich distillery on Islay. The first edition in the 11th series is made from 100% Scottish barley. It was distilled a year after harvest, in 2014, and matured in ex-American oak for five years before being bottled at cask strength.
