Tasting notes
Aromas of pear, freshly baked bread, lemon oil and bread dough introduce Lamy's 2019 Saint-Aubin La Princée, a medium to full-bodied, layered and incisive wine built around a racy spine of acidity and chalky extract. Concluding with a saline finish, this has turned out beautifully.

The 2019 Saint Aubin La Princée has a focused but quite neutral bouquet, fresh and well defined though not powerful. The palate is sappy on the entry with lime and sour lemon and fine depth. Quite grippy on the finish, and a bit rough around the edges, but there's lovely salinity here. Closure: Diam
Bottled end July 2021 after nearly 24 months elevage, which has been Olivier’s practice since 2013. Pure clear colour the nose seems blocked by a little sulphur, not that he uses much. Ripe fruit with some greengage, plenty of volume, some acidity, has kept the tension very well. Impressive density and length
