Probably disgorged at some time between 2007 and 2009. Old label and bottle shape. Greenish gold. Slightly green note on the nose. There’s certainly sweetness. Not wholly integrated but interesting evolution. Powerful with some sweetness lingering underneath. (JR)

Not that much evidence of ageing. 17 crus, Ambonnay, Verzenay, Aÿ, Oger, Chardonnay from Cézanne. In the old bottle shape. 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay. Tight textured. Some slight almondy notes. Very good now. But still quite brisk. (JR)
Both zesty and satisfying. Deep flavoured and serious but not at all heavy. Well done, though presumably made by the old regime. (JR)
Excellent appley development on the nose but a tad too frothy. Interesting. (JR)
