Tasting notes
The 2019 Saint-Aubin En Remilly 1er Cru offers scents of apple blossom, pear and grapefruit on the nose, touches of flint and chalk. The palate is well balanced with green apple, Conference pear and noticeable saline notes that dominate the Puligny-like finish. Stern, but I can imagine this partnering fruits de mer with style.

Wafting from the glass with aromas of honeyed pear, white flowers and yellow orchard fruit, the 2019 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru En Remilly is medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, with an ample core of ripe, concentrated fruit, bight balancing acids and a long, mineral finish.
Cask sample. Zesty, ferny nose. Very edgy and crystalline. Good stuff with real precision. (JR)
