Tasting notes
The 2019 Puligny-Montrachet Trezin was missing some presence on the nose, despite plenty of coaxing. The palate is better with bitter lemon and orange rind, very edgy and just missing a little cohesion on the finish.

The 2019 Puligny-Montrachet Le Trézin is lovely, wafting from the glass with notes of lemon, confit citrus, mint and blanched almonds. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive, it's pillowy and elegant, with lively acids and a mineral finish. This is a pretty, fine-boned wine that comes warmly recommended.
Cask sample. Low-key nose. Very marked acidity and not quite enough fruit on the palate to be seductive at the moment. Lemon juice is the dominant flavour. More fruit please! (JR)
