Tasting Notes
Pale ruby red. The nose is immediately very mineral – evoking rocks and earth. Pure fruit aromas of freeze-dried raspberries, strawberries and dried cherries, with perfumed sweet roses and a hint of smoke. On the palate the concentration is superb – so intense and pronounced; the fruit is crunchy and tart with cranberries and raspberries. This is a dry and sappy wine, with firm, mineral tannins – but it softens on the finish with a gorgeous sweet fatness, before returning to a fantastic fresh drive of acidity – long, linear and very pure.

The purity of fruit is all here with strawberry, lemon-peel and floral undertones. Goes to cranberries. It’s medium -bodied with firm tannins and a bright, vivid and linear finish that keeps your palate clean.
