Tasting notes
Lemon and peach, as well as some almond and savory pastry aromas. Wet stones. Pears and lemons, too. There’s a fresh, cool and composed feel with sleek, elegant and quite focused peach and pastry flavors. Very balanced. Drink now.

Once again there is a whiff of exoticism to the mostly floral and white peach scented nose. The supple and relatively easy-going flavors possess a seductive texture while coating the palate with sappy dry extract that contrasts with the citrusy finish that tightens up considerably as it sits on the palate. This will need to develop more depth to merit the upper end of my projected range.
