Score 17/20 · Drink 2025-2035, Tim Jackson MW, jancisrobinson.com, Jan 2020
Since 2012. On the border with Pommard, beneath Clos des Mouches, but not on the heavy clay of Pommard, so more elegant tannins. Bottled. Black fruit, violet and herb, with a brightness of acidity, primary but quite fine tannins and an attractive, floral persistence and liquid-stone character. Slight natural funk on the finish adds complexity. Interesting and long. (TJ)
