Tasting notes
Full bottle 1,267 g. Mainly Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon. Relatively pale garnet. Neat nose, good balance and freshness – no excess ripeness here. Light tannins. Very digestible. Classic Médoc without that much intensity. You could drink this already! (JR)

The 2019 Fourcas-Dupré continues to show well, unwinding in the glass with aromas of cassis, sweet spices, loamy soil and violets. Medium to full-bodied, velvety and concentrated, with lively acids and a youthfully firm, typically Listrac finish, it will reward a little patience with real depth and plentitude.
Spiced currants, red plums, sweet spice, and cedary herbs all show in the 2019 Château Fourcas Dupre, a medium-bodied, rounded, charming, balanced 2019. It's another quality Listrac that will drink nicely for 7-8 years at a minimum.
About the producer

This estate saw a transformation when Guy Pagès bought it in 1970. His work, driving quality higher with increasing attention to detail and passion, has been continued by his son Patrice, who took over in 1985.
