Classic Nebbiolo aromas of rose, dark-skinned berry, star anise and tilled earth are front and center on this radiant red. On the elegant palate, fresh acidity and taut refined tannins support juicy sour cherry, cranberry, clove and star anise. It's still youthfully austere and needs time to fully develop.

Barolo. Tasted blind. Lustrous mid ruby. Ripe cherry fruit with lots of stony, minerally notes. Really develops in the glass. Fine and multi-layered. Quite pure cherry and raspberry fruit on the palate with a layer of fine, chewy tannins that go on and on. Not ready by far, but already quite irresistible.
