Tasting notes
The 2018 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Gruenchers was showing beautifully, wafting from the glass with a classy mélange of rose petals, raspberries, cherries, violets and sweet spices. Medium to full-bodied, supple and enveloping, it's lively and charming, concluding with a nicely defined, mineral finish.

The 2018 Chambolle-Musigny Les Gruenchers 1er Cru has an expressive, floral bouquet of bunches of violet and iris dominating the fruit at the moment. The medium-bodied palate offers succulent ripe tannins. A very juicy and generous Gruenchers that disguises the structure toward the finish, which demonstrates fine edginess and details. This is very classy.
