Yellow straw colour. Really quite rich and deep-flavoured with great balance and intrigue. Lots of acidity and green fruit still. No hurry to drink this – more youthful than the 2017 Villages bottling. Sophisticated. An Australian wine aimed at Burgundy lovers. (JR)

Aromas of pie crust and melon with green mango and a gentle hazelnut edge. The palate has a fresh, bright peach and mango edge that delivers mouthwatering appeal. Supple and very assertive palate that has elegance and freshness in the glass. Very long and very fresh. Drink or hold. Screw cap.
