The 2018 Givry 1er Cru Clos Du Cellier Aux Moines bursts with notes of spicy cherries and blackberries, followed by a medium to full-bodied palate that's broader, more concentrated and more powerful than the supple Servoisine, with a lavish core of dark, sappy fruit. There's more active calcium in the soil here and less clay.
